Grants Cibola County Schools held the Annual District Spelling Bee at the Grants High School Performing Arts Center on January 25th and students from all over the district were involved in the competition. All of them did great, however, there could only be one winner! The overall Champion this year is 6th grade student from Mt. Taylor Elementary, Ximena Solis and the 2nd place runner up is 6th grade student from San Rafael Elementary, Shilee Sanchez! If you see these young ladies out and about, please give them a shout out and a hi five! Congratulations to all of our competitors but especially these two young Spelling Bee Champions!
