Before you register for classes, take time to review the information that is included here. It is important that you understand that you must meet the prerequisites before being enrolled in a course. Student choices will be considered final at the time this form is submitted. Course corrections after scheduling is complete are only allowed for the following reasons: 1) Completion of summer school work; 2) failed courses from previous semesters; 3) changing a course to a higher degree of difficulty in the same subject area (if available) 4) fulfillment of a graduation requirement. Review for schedule corrections will be requested through your Student Success Advisor. Any corrections must be made within the first ten days of the semester.
